With over 350 million tourists visiting the region each year—many of them concentrated in urban areas—the Mediterranean is called upon to develop sustainable tourism activities. Cities and businesses, with their central role in managing tourist flows and promoting responsible practices, are key players in this transformation. In this roundtable, experts and representatives from several Mediterranean cities will share visions, experiences, and best practices for a more equitable and sustainable tourism future.
