Centro Congressi – Fiera di Cagliari

The main venue of MEDA City 2025, located in the exhibition district of Cagliari, will host all plenary and parallel sessions on September 19. Easily accessible via public transportation or dedicated shuttle services, the Congress Center offers modern facilities and is connected to the city’s main points of interest. Shuttle pick-up points include Hotel Regina Margherita and the Chamber of Commerce (Largo Carlo Felice).

Saline Conti Vecchi

The exclusive venue for the Gala Dinner, just 10 minutes from the city center and recommended hotels. La Corte di Giorgino offers a refined and intimate setting for networking and celebration. A dedicated transfer service will be provided for all invited guests.

ACP Collection – Viale Regina Margherita 6, Cagliari

This elegant gallery and cultural space will host the Light Lunch and Networking event on September 18. Strategically located in the heart of the city, it will also serve as the pick-up point for transfers to the Port of Cagliari during the site visit.

Port of Cagliari – Molo Ichnusa

The site visit to the new Ro-Ro and passenger terminal will offer participants a closer look at port innovation in the Mediterranean. Accessible by bus (provided by organizers) or, alternatively, by boat—departing from a pier within walking distance from the city center.
