MEDA City Youth
YOUTH, STARTUPS & URBAN MOBILITY
The winning projects of the Hackathon “HACK THE STREET” – promoted by the Metropolitan City of Cagliari and held on September 18 at Padiglione F (Badas), Fiera di Cagliari – will be officially presented.
The hackathon focused on innovative solutions for the sustainable mobility of Mediterranean cities, developed by young talents and creative minds through a collaborative and design-driven process. Participants, supported by mentors and using the Business Model Canvas methodology, explored the theme “Mobility for All” to co-design accessible, inclusive, and connected urban futures. The initiative is part of the European Mobility Week 2025.
This session will showcase the top projects selected during a live pitching event, highlighting youth-driven ideas for more liveable and dynamic Mediterranean cities.
The event will also include moments of informal dialogue, fostering a vibrant and engaging atmosphere. It will be animated by the collaborative spirit of Rumundu, encouraging a dynamic exchange of visions for the Mediterranean of tomorrow.
With the support of the Chamber of Commerce of Cagliari-Oristano.
